Baby-and-beyond.com ships orders via Canadian Postal Service. Freight costs vary based on the destination and delivery timeframe. When checking out you will be notified of your options for freight costs. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Local Pick up
Local customers of Midland/Penetanguishene, Ontario may pick up their orders instead of having them shipped. Local pick up is free of charge. Please email us at info@baby-and-beyond.com to schedule a date and time that works for both. Please do not come to pick up your order until you have received an email from us. Also please inform us of who will be picking up the order.This person will need to sign to release the order.
Local customers may also have their orders delivered for a small fee of $5.00. Delivery is only available after 5:30pm Monday-Friday and on weekends. Please contact us at info@baby-and-beyond.com to set up a delivery date and time. Someone will need to be available to sign to release the order.
Shipping within Canada
All packages are mailed via Canada Post regular parcel or Expedited parcel which contain a tracking number. You may choose which shipping option you would like. Your item will ship out within 1-3 business days upon processing/payment clearance. Shipping times may be longer during busier seasons June-August & November-December.
If you require a package to be delivered by a set date you must notify us previous to purchasing so that we can make special arrangements for faster delivery, there is an additional charge for this service. Please email us at info@baby-and-beyond.com for more information.
Shipping to the USA
All packages under 1kg are mailed via Canada Post small packet ground or small packet air. You may choose at checkout which shipping service you would like.This service does not provide a tracking number. Shipping time is estimated to be 6-12 business days.
Shipping times may be longer during busier seasons June-August & November-December.You may upgrade to an expedited service which provides a tracking number. This service will cost more so please contact us at info@baby-and-beyond.com to get a shipping quote before purchasing your items.
International Shipping
All international orders under 1 kg will be mailed via Canada Post international small packet surface or air. You may choose at checkout which service you would like.
PLEASE NOTE: International surface will take 4-8 weeks for delivery. International air will take 6-10 business days for delivery.If you order weighs more than 1kg please contact us at info@baby-and-beyond.com to get a shipping quote.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30 Day Money Back Return Policy
Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience.
At Baby-and-Beyond.com, we are confident that we have chosen some of the best product lines to offer our customers. Sometimes you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, and at this point we would offer you a full refund for your purchase within 30 days of receipt less shipping fees.
We will only accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Please fill out our returns & exchanges form to request return authorization and further instructions before returning your item(s).
All exchanges and returns must be approved prior to returning item(s) and must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. All items must be returned from a smoke free environment and be free of any perfumes/odours, stains, washing or pet hair. Items must be in NEW condition with tags and original packaging/instructions in tact. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee & shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
All sales are final on clearance items. No refunds will be issued.
Need To Return An Item?
If you would like to return an item, please follow the simple steps below:
Step 1: Print and fill out the return order form. Please send all return information to info@baby-and-beyond.com.
Step 2: Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact.
PLEASE NOTE: Items returned MUST be in immaculate resalable condition, in the original product packaging with all hang tags intact - otherwise a credit will not be issued. Washed, worn, stained or items determined to have been used by the consumer will not be accepted.
Step 3: Fill out the information requested on the return form and put it in the box.
Step 4: Place your item(s) in the shipping box.

Step 6: Go to your local Postal outlet or courier of choosing. You will be responsible for return shipping charges so be sure to get a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.
Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be issued (minus shipping fees and 15% restocking fee). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is delivered to us.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, email us within four(4) hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Please make sure to reference your order number in all communications.
